After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this customer My approval rating by clients I served is absolutely stellar. The trip that goes west to pick up your armoire has not been done yet I have to replace my trailer. My tech support is also stellar. And no I do not pick up when I drive nor after 8:00 p.m. best wishes.

This dude is a complete hack. He told me he had repaired his trailer and that he was in Pa and would be in Ohio a day later. He even complained about the winds. Now all the sudden he never left and his trailer is broken. Disgraceful

The only positive thing I can say about Russell is that the items arrived to our clients. In regards to his downfalls. Russel rarely called our clients in advance of showing up and his packing methods are questionable Additionally he stole 30+ moving blankets from us and ignored multiple attempts via text and call to get them back. Overall a disappointment.

First let me start by saying the schear brothers are not good business people they don’t allow you to take pictures of the product they already have wrapped so no telling if it’s damaged or not. our company has always had great communication with every client we have ever worked with Funny how you leave feedback calling us thieves and trying to hurt us but everyone of the customers we delivered too has called us back personally to hire us again. To future clients check other reviews we do great

The only positive thing I can say about Russell is that the items arrived to our clients. In regards to his downfalls. Russel rarely called our clients in advance of showing up. He damaged a piece and did not take responsibility and he stole 30+ moving blankets from us.

Again schear brothers are bad businessman and I recommend looking at our other 100+ reviews from big companies such as EBTH , CHARISH etc. we do great work we love to help get your items safe and as quickly as possible .. it’s a shame that uShip allows false information to be listed on reviews from a couple of scam artist such as these clowns just FYI we are a highly successful business with cargo insurance!! BEWARE OF SCHEAR BROTHERS FURNITURE shippers they are scam artist
