Safely Ship Your Savannah Cat Anywhere

Savannah Mother and kitten will ship in same carrier. Bengal will ship solo  

 

My fiancé and I moved to Savannah, GA awhile ago, but had to leave our cat with a family member. The family member lives in West New York, NJ. The cat's name is Tochu, a calico, she weighs about 8-10lbs and is approximately 7-8yrs old. She had all of her shots & was spayed. We might also need a travel kennel for her, since the kitty-carrier we had for her is a bit small for her size now that she's older. Tochu has no special needs or requirements, although she's not used to being in a carrier and has only been in one twice. The only thing I suggest to make her travel more comfortable is if she had a plush blanket, as toys don't interest her much since she's lazy & wasn't trained as a kitten by the people who had her for the first 5 years. Tochu doesn't eat full meals in one sitting, but likes to nibble at her food throughout the day, so I suggest keeping dry kibble near her during travel for picking. We would like to keep the budget at no more than $500 if possible, but willing to negotiate if it's reasonable considering the distance & health risks due to Covid-19. Hopefully we'll see our cat sooner than later & our new home can feel complete. Thank you in advance for your help.

Two beautiful cats, (2) both in cages, and both healthy. I simply need to move them from Manhattan to Savannah Georgia on or around the 20th of March. I'll buy my ticket after I find a carrier. I'll be happy to put them in a cage, or even leave them at the vet down the street for the pick-up! Just a decent price is all I need. Thanks, Richard  

 

 

The basic situation is I was engaged to a man until he abused me.. the fifth time when I ended up with a black eye and permanent scar I left.. and due to obvious circumstances had to leave my 2 cats with him. He has agreed since I did not press charges and he still owes me money to let me have the cats as they were mine. I miss them dearly and am ready to cut this SOB out of my life.. but want my cats first. Address is in Phoenix, A.Z. to be delived either in Columbia, Atlanta, or Savannah (pick your convenience I can be in either area). I don't have a lot of money since when I left I quit my job and am living off of a reserve cash flow which is becoming increasingly low until I can find a job. Another problem is the fact that I cannot buy and supply a kennel as I am across the country. I know this a desperate plea but anyone who can offer any help with this situation would be a guardian angel at a point in my life where I need one more than ever. Both of these animals were rescued from shelters and are very dear to me. I'm of the mind that you adopt an animal for life, not until it becomes an inconvenience.
