Pick up will be from a residential garage. Drop off will also be a residence - slight decline down driveway to get to basement for offload. No stairs at either pick up or drop off.  

This stove is palletized but can not be stacked. It can be picked up at a business with a loading dock and fork lift. Delivery will be at a residential address with lift gate required. Please include the cost of lift gate delivery in your quote. I understand that this makes a difference in price -- please include lift gate delivery in your quote. Please also include insurance for a value of $2,000. I am looking for pick up on Friday, 9/23 with delivery by 10/10 -- earlier is obviously better. Stove will be palleted (1/2 size pallet, shrink wrapped and ready to be moved by pallet jack to driveway of home. We have a forklift to put it on your vehicle. Should be blanket strapped into vehicle. See size of unit above.

Will need a person with experience with heavy antiques vintage classic items, I already had a bad experience in the past and ended up with a vintage stove with knee dents and dolly dents stove should be well padded before stove is tie strapped down This stove is located in a basement, You will most likely need two people to bring the stove out of the basement.
