Transporter will be required to pickup inside location. Bring pallet and pallet jack and manpower adequate to get unit onto pallet/jack. Transport via covered trailer or box truck required. Low ramp or liftgate also required (to facilitate getting 700 lb item loaded). Loading assistance at pickup location will NOT be provided. Pickup appointment will be required. Unloading assistance at destination is available and will be no problem whatsoever.

The move doesn't include the miscellaneous items on or around the stove/oven in the picture. Only the stove/oven will move. Also, the spatial measurements are accurate, but the weight is somewhat of a guess. I think it weighs less than the 250 lb estimate. The pickup has about 15 stairs (it is in a basement). The dropoff location has 3 steps.  

 

 

Enclosed trailer required to protect against the elements. Dishwasher & oven can be placed on a pallet and the baseboards wrapped & protected.  

 

No help loading/unloading at either location  

5 steps at pick up. Going to a garage at drop off  

 

 

 

Item is new and is packaged for shipping but is not on a pallet. Need to use a dolly to move it.
