Weight is estimated, but based on similar models is very close. Unit is mounted on casters, and could be rolled up a ramp into a truck, or possibly winched up the bed. Because of the shape of this machine, there is no easy way to forklift it, and it cannot be put on a pallet. On the delivery end, a tractor with bucket can be used to unload from dock height, if necessary. Would need a day's notice to get the equipment ready for unloading.  

A large antique sewing machine on small dolly wheels. Shipment will require a trailer with ramps and possibly a winch. Will need to be secured extremely well in the trailer with soft ends - this is a museum quality piece. Dolly wheels could be removed once in the trailer.  

 

Can get on a pallet if it helps. Machine not sold yet, looking for a quote.  

Machine head needs to be wrapped in a thick blanket and put in a box if available. Just to avoid dents and dings to critical components.
