Also, a microwave (which is small). Items are located in a small warehouse with a rollup door and no stairs, so you can easily use a handtruck or whatever to move the. If your truck fits in the door, it will be maybe 20 feet from the boxes, if it has to park outside, maybe 40 feet. An easy load, but you need to be able to do it yourself and I imagine the fridge will take 2 people unless you really know what you're doing. The delivery is to a new house under construction. The last 1/4 mile of drive is on a dirt road, though it is well maintained. Since the house is under construction, the delivery into the house will be a little bit trickier, but if you time it to arrive during the workday (and not lunch hour) there should be workers there to help you unload.

The unit will be provided as-is at the point of pickup, and I would like it secured for safe delivery. I am anticipating that this will involve a pallet and appropriate wrapping, but I have no experience in this type of shipment, so I only ask that the unit be delivered undamaged, and that you describe how you will prepare and secure the oven for shipment. 3 appliances, just regular GE stove, over the stove microwave and fridge/bottom freezer; a dresser with 5 drawers small child type; a box and a tree 4'. No steps at either location.

Shipment involves pick-up in kitchen and delivery to kitchen at drop off location. Pick-up location has stairs to front door and drop off location has stairs to front door and a flight of stairs inside to reach the kitchen. Items will need to be wrapped.

Wall oven is 27 w x 28 h x 24 d and weighs approx. 240 lbs. microwave is 24 w x 20 h x 14 d and weighs approx 60 lbs. Trim plate is 27 w x 21 h x 2 d and weighs approx 15 lbs. Padding and packaging are required for all items.
