No steps, From 1 garage to another. Simple job just want no dents or scratches... We are very cool to deal with.  

 

 

 

This is an square hollow metal box with with a heating element to shape electrical conduits, measurements are approximate to the best of my knowledge  

 

 

Water heater has opened box and is difficult to handle by one person. Needs to be shipped upright. Buyer is at a home. As is the seller  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

This furnace is for my daughters mobile home. There is someone willing to meet you off the hwy I26 around exit 17 and then when nearing durham or raleigh if you dont want to go all the way to oxford off 85 we can meet you on I40. Thank you so much for whatever you can do because this is to put my daughter back in a home after a long hospitalization. Her and her husband have been thru some hard times and are trying to get it together. They need the heater and then they will be able to put power to the home! Thank you so much!!!!
