It does come with the product registration card. The front panel seems to be a bit warped but I didn’t even notice it until it was pointed out to me.

I am buying some home appliances. 4 toilets, washer dryer and stands. 2 ovens. 1 dishwasher. refridge/freezer and a cooktop with a donwdraft. weight far under 2000 pounds. I need insurance worth about 10k. There are two diferent locations in Anaheim that have the apliances. One has a loading dock and the other does not. I understand that the two locations are not far from one another.

Shipment involves pick-up in kitchen and delivery to kitchen at drop off location. Pick-up location has stairs to front door and drop off location has stairs to front door and a flight of stairs inside to reach the kitchen. Items will need to be wrapped.  

I have a normal-sized (50lb)dishwasher - packed in a 36x28x26 box - that I want to have shipped from Atlanta to Phoenix sometime in December.

I need a dishwasher delivered. No hurry. It's new in the original box, so it should be very simple. There is a loading dock at pickup, but you will be dropping it off at a residence. A two-wheeled cart ought to be sufficient for moving it around.
