5 Bedroom House Moving Services

 

Looking for help to load from 3 storage units (same facility), transport, possibly store, and unload to 2 floors in a new house. Items are packed and ready for immediate load from storage units onto truck(s). Will require some light work to wrap / secure some items (e.g., tables, chairs). I have 2-3 dozen brand new moving blankets. Please provide labor to load, drive, and unload. I will have 1 person at pickup to supervise and 1-2 at dropoff to supervise and help unload. I want to consider two options: 1) Direct pickup (8/2 or 8/3), drive, and delivery on 8/5 2) Pickup before 7/20, store/drive, and delivery on 8/5 Pictures: - Storage unit entrance - Storage unit drive-up space - Storage unit elevator (open door) - 10x30 unit (drive up) - 10x10 unit (ground floor) - 10x7 unit (2nd floor - elevator available) Storage facility at pickup is climate controlled and indoors.  

 

Unable to attach pictures of patio sets because I have already uploaded 10 pictures. We have one small but heavy round patio table with 2 seats. Also, a square patio table with 4 chairs.  

 

 

 

I will have everything that can be boxed in uhaul boxes. Furnishings will need to be blanket wrapped and everything will need to be loaded and unloaded.

For the most part, furniture is already wrapped and everything is in one 20x30 storage unit. It is very full! One full latex, very heavy mattress. We have a tentative closing date on our home of March 18th, but that could vary by a few days. We are trying to move it up a few days.  

Most recent move was June 2015, so very certain that household goods, boxes, furniture, etc will fill a standard 53-foot trailer with an estimated weight of 21,000 pounds.  

 

 

We have a small, but heavy outdoor 2 seat circular table with matching small, but heavy chairs. Also, 4 patio chairs with square table medium size. I could not attach the pictures because I already had 10 uploaded.  

Large house move. Includes but not limited to 5 piece master, 2 childrens bedroom sets. 1 sectional couch, 1 3 cushion couch 1 loveseat. Standard kitchen table and 4 chairs, 1 home office with desk and filing cabinet. 4 bookshelves, 1 lrg workbench/cabinet. gas grill, 52" flatscreen. Associated household items. Ask for details. This move had been previously posted, but final details as to move/employment dates didnt get settled in time. Everything is now on go, and house at delivery address has been secured, so this load WILL GO to the right bidder. Looking for reputable/insured bidders only. References or feedback scores preferred. Some furniture dis assembly and assembly may be required and should be considered in the bid. I will box and pack as best as I am able, some wrapping may be needed. Some people have asked, I do not think this will fit in one 26' truck, a trailer or small 2nd truck will likely be needed.  

 

this is a rough estimate for furniture. Most items will be boxed- approximate number of boxes only. In general this is a five bedroom house, lightly furnished with extra boxes for kids items like toys, books, and clothes. Pick up is at a residential home with easy driveway parking and access to house through garage or main entrance. Drop-off is at storage facility with first floor unit and access from loading dock.  

I would like a covered trailer, not an open trailer. The price includes a pool table move. I also need a few beds and armoires taken apart and reconstructed at the new home. I also need one refrigerator, one washer and one dryer disconnected and then reconnected at the new place. Can be on the 29th or 30th, but has to be picked up and delivered on the same day (it's less than 10 miles)  

 

 

 

Will be moving contents of 5 bedroom house. We had a shipper walk thru the house and state that we had 16k pounds and would require a truck larger than 26 feet. Items will already be packed. Loading and unloading will completed. If you want to submit a bid for services with driver doing the loading and unloading, I will listen to offers. This is mostly household items already boxed. The list is a partial list as we are still downsizing and dont have a final list of items that will be moved. Have one Yamaha upright electric Piano, 300 lb. The small boxes average 25 pounds. This is a two story house with a basement with doors to a walkout. A lot of the boxes will already be in the garage as we are prepping the house to be shown to sale. The inventory is pretty close.
