4 Bedroom House Moving Services

 

Houston - everything is in a storage facilities in two units. First unit is 10x20 which is completely full. Second unit is also a 10x20 but it is a third or perhaps half full. Destination is a 2 bedroom condo with garage in certreville, VA. A majority of large furniture will be left in the garage.  

Need items from a 10'x25' storage unit (approximately 75% full) moved 2.6 miles to a two-level home. The items were recently moved from Wyoming and completely filled a 26' Penske moving truck. The storage unit is on the first floor and is on a corner that can be accessed within ~20' by a truck.  

The stuff is already in a storage unit, need to pick-up from Middletown, NY to bring down to Coral Springs, FL area. It is currently in a 10x10 storage unit, and it is packed. When I originally brought everything up to NY I think I used a 16ft truck.  

 

Almost all of our stuff will be in our garage and on the first level already packed. We had a moving company come and they estimated 293 pcs that equals 2361 cubes. Estimated weight was close to 15,000. There is also a dip at the end of my road. The moving company that came in for a bid said a standard trailer would be fine but their moving trailers they were worried about bottoming out due to be lower.  

All is in storage now. Also, have a wood swing set that is disassembled in the storage unit that must be moved.  

Move from 10 x 30 storage unit. Unit is completely full.  

1 standing large air compressor, freezer is a small chest freezer, table saw, and miter saw, dog kennel (collapsable into panels), and two dog houses will be moved. One queen bed is only a mattress (no frame or box springs)  

Must be picked up June 28/29/30 and delivered july 1/2. Basic furniture and approx 50 boxes-only 2 bedrooms of furniture-we sold the other 2 ,but theres liv room, fam room, dining room and 2 flat screens and 6 barstools 2 bikes  

Moving 80% of items from a 2 story, 4 bedroom home to storage (from 78259 to 78163). The remainder of minimal items, just to live, will go to a 3 bedroom apartment (from 78259 to 78232), within 10 miles of original house.  

 

There is also a 9x10, 10x16 and 9x9 rug and the dining cabinet is approx 10ft long, 3ft deep and 4ft tall. there is also one a train table and one plate rack, and an iron chaise lounge outside. The three tvs will need packing services.  

Most everything is already packed. Need pads for applances and two flat screen tvs  

Gun safe, approx 59 x 30 x 27, weights approx 600lbs (empty). located in basement. Basement has stairs which lead up to the backyard near alley. Also in basement, approx 10 boxes of tools and 2 portable Lincoln welders. There is a garden hose in the backyard shed. Depending on size of truck, it may park in the alley rear of house close to back door.  

Hello and thanks for looking, I have a family with 4 children and a lot of stuff. I have made this move exactly 2 years ago and it fit (barely) in 2 26' Penske trucks. As far as the homes the one in AZ is a ranch style no stairs. My home in SC is a two story and the main level is elevated by 6 steps. I am looking at a couple options, first, you move 1 1/2 trucks worth of stuff (all household, I’m estimating 12,000 to 14000lbs) and I will rent a 16' truck to tow a vehicle and carry the heavy garage tools, ect. Second is you take it all, including garage tools, John Deere 6x4 Gator (it came out here in a Penske truck) jet ski and small 4x8 trailer. Thanks, Ryan

Not truly sure of size boxes what constitutes large, medium and small but this is my estimate.  

 

Inventory also includes a large Craftsman snowblower. Box totals in inventory are an estimate, NOT an exact count! Total weight based on previous experience is about 17,000 lbs. We will require empty & full-load weight tickets.  

Boxes are a high estimate - as we are still packing.  

Destination address not final, but will be close to Rosemont, IL

***UPDATE TO LISTING*** I am looking for a FULL SERVICE MOVE. Please submit quotes having items packed (you supply packing materials/boxes), loaded, and unloaded in specific rooms. No unpacking is necessary, just assembly of dismantled furniture (beds). Looking to move on 5/30. Flexible on date. Moving from Midlothian VA 23112 to Richmond VA. Ideally looking to get someone to come in and pack items, load truck, transport to Doylestown PA 18902, unload truck and put boxes in specific rooms. I am willing to pack items if needed, so please be clear on your price what is included. Also if you are supplying the boxes/supplies or if I am expected too. Item count is pretty accurate. I put in miscellanous boxes (30 total) to account for items we never unpacked from our previous move and allot for children toys. :::::IMPORTANT PLEASE NOTE::::: Packing/transportation must occur May 29th-June 1st. I am slightly flexible if needed. I WILL ENTERTAIN BIDS FROM THOSE LOOKING TO TRANSPORT ONLY (I pack and load) I do have access to day laborers at both locations for manpower.
