4 Bedroom House Moving Services

 

 

All items packed and broken down in a storage facility in Houston, Texas. Items are packed in a container, 1700 cubic feet, which will be placed at loading dock for pickup. Items need to be moved from container to truck at facility. Weight of items are 10,900 lbs.  

 

12-54 gallon totes includes kitchen items clothes electronics.. Also have a printer.  

This is for the same shipment that just expired, but just today we finalized our new home in Tampa. It will be a 3 story town home. We will need help getting the large things upstairs like the king bed, dressers, entertainment hutch, sectional and maybe the washer and dryer. The rest can be unloaded into the attached garage. This was a 4 br home that was about 3000 sq ft. Now it all fits in a 3 br (1600 sq ft) apartment and a 10x 10 storage unit. The unit is mostly boxes and totes but there are also some tools, end table bikes etc that obviously are not boxed. The boxes listed in the inventory are just totes we have stashed in the closets, and are not our daily use stuff. I tried to list this earlier today but I never received an email about it so I'm not sure it worked. I did not fill the inventory out for bikes that are in storage and some other things. It seems more straight forward if I say the inventory is for what is in the apartment, plus I have a full 10x10 storage unit.  

 

1.) Moving from gated townhome to Single Family home 2.) All the furniture needs to be disassembled and assembled as needed after delivery 3.) Boxes include Storage/file totes and suitcases 4.) All boxes will be packed by us and do not require and packing for the boxes 5.) All furniture/TVs have to be covered and safely delivered and assembled (if disassembled 6.) Additionally to the list in the pictures there are few small items like plastic drawers, printer, baby rocking chair parts, 19" tv, 6 photo frames, small toddler chair, small 2 shelf units for books etc 6.)  

 

I may not be taking my washer and dryer. I'm not sure if they'll fit when I find a new place. The amount of boxes may change +\- 15%. Actual destination address to be determined.  

Single family moving to Connecticut. I believe that a 26 ft truck should work fine. I also have a 2008 Honda fit that I need towed with the load as well  

 

Moving to new construction home less than three miles from current location. Main floor with finished lower level. In the new home, we want the hardwood floors covered with corrugated and the carpets cover in plastic. Most items in current home on first floor and in garage. Upstairs is beds and dressers which need to be disassembled and reassembled (except two twins just need disassembled)  

There is an attic with misc Christmas decorations, etc. I will get a picture of that and the garage later today.  

Contents of 4 bedroom home plus multiple games in finished basement, few things from garage and shed. Moving from Pennsylvania to Michigan, must be able to pick up in zip 19547 on 12/14 or 12/15 and deliver on time at zip 48307 on 12/17 or 12/18 at the latest. Must be willing to survey home in advance to make sure you have the right size truck to complete this move.  

I'd like to have all of the stuff in my home in Houston TX shipped and placed in a storage unit in York PA. I already have Uhaul Pods scheduled to come out on 12/3/2013. Willing to take any better deals.  

 

Shipper to provide all materials including boxes, crating and paper for packing. There is a grandfather clock that will need servicing, crating and assembly at the end point. There are 2 large Armoires, a Wine Cabinet,a Glass Display Cabinet,5 flat screen TV's, 5 garage cabinets that can not be broken down, an elliptical and a large gun safe. The rooms of furniture include 3 bedrooms, a small home gym, play room, family room, kitchen, dining room, patio set, garage.  

 

 

There is a storage unit that goes - it is approximately 2/10 mile away from the house and is on the way to the new location. The items in storage are added to this inventory.
