4 Bedroom House Moving Services

Needs to be delivered June 5, 2014. $395+$35 fuel charge ($90/hr, 4 hr minimum) This is mainly 4 bedroom suits with a few misc.  

 

We are selling most of our furniture. Most of our beds are actually just the mattresses that we are taking. We would have a group of friends that will help us load the trailer/truck and unload at a storage unit in Keller, TX.  

We will be moving from a 2 Bedroom, attached condo in Zeeland, MI to a new construction home, 4 Bedroom home in Holland, MI. We have minimal furnishings in the 2 Bedroom condo with the majority of our household items from our previous 4 bedroom home is currently located in 3 storage units (1 - 10x30, 1 - 10x20, and 1 - 5x10), placed by a previous moving company. We are looking for 2-4 professional movers with a 20' box truck for the move.  

move includes some antique furniture. Also farm related items: T-posts, rubber mats, buckets,saddles, misc tack, rolled horse wire, water troughs, yard equip-power wash,weed eater, tiller, chain saw, shovels, rakes, tools  

also need to transport: 1 outdoor lounge chair and small side table the 2 coffee tables, 1 end table and 7 night stands have marble tops that are not glued to the furniture base and need to be wrapped separate . 2 of the end table have glass tops that need to be wrapped separate.  

All items are packed and currently in 10x30 foot public storage. The heaviest item will probably the dresser and master bed set. Need to be picked up, and move in to the house,unpack the large items (not boxes)and place them in each room.  

Simple quick and easy move. Mainly furniture and boxed. We are very organized so it should be easy to load. We are looking to have this done Friday 4/11  

I KNOW this will be expensive :-) The only reason I am outwardly denying people is if they have a lot of "no-shows" on their cancellation feedback. I understand cancellations happen, but we cant afford for someone to just not show up or cancel a day or two before. If we dont move those dates, WE WONT HAVE A HOME TO LIVE IN. so... please dont bid if you have a very bad rap! Also.. we can pay for our own loaders/unloaders, but itll cost us about $700. Keep that in mind when you bid and if you offer that service, feel free to bid higher! All the items in the inventory is accurate. I just had to change it. Maybe you can suggest what size truck Ill need? Even if you can fit my load? and there are more things listed below that arent on the inventory list. NOTE: the "beds" are just mattresses and 3 full box springs. I am leaving a lot of stuff behind at my house in White Lake, and not taking any appliances. but we are making a SECOND STOP in Ypsilanti, MI at my fiance's house for a couple of things included in the inventory list and a table saw as well as 4 surf boards + two 6x3 cabinets. Ive tried to be as accurate as possible!  

 

 

 

Items include boxes filled with household items, two couch sets, one king mattress, one Queen mattress, crib, dresser, desk, tv stand, four bikes, bike stand, ATV, mini bike, kitchen table + 6 chairs, dining room table + 8 chairs and hutch, three flat screen TVs (all boxed), grill front load washer and dryer, tool box/tools and fridge. We would need the items picked up the week on March 24 from San Antonio and delivered to Tempe, AZ.  

 

Approximately 13,500 lbs. Professional move and pack from CA to PA. Items in storage unit (Sinking Springs). Major items: full size fridge, Safe approx 400# to go on first floor, king bedroom set (bed, dresser, 2 nightstands, tall dresser, tools, 25' ladder, childs crib and bedroom set, leather sofa set with chair, china-boxed. Everything else is pretty standard. Sinking Spring, PA to Douglassville, PA Same day load, move, & some reassemble. Move Date: March 8, 2014  

 

We have a lot of over sized furniture and a 65 in TV that will need to be packed. There is also a ton of bins for storage that we are bringing. Also a 5 burner BBQ grill. Shipper MUST have a good history for moving homes and be able to take apart all the beds, bunk beds and safely wrap and pack everything. Air ride is also a must. The pictures are some of the larger items. The canopy bed and bunk bed are SOLID WOOD, but they do come apart.  

The king size bed has a sleep number mattress which is foldable. It takes one person to carry and will easily fit on elevator because it folds up. There is a freight and regular elevator available, no stairs to climb. The storage unit is large and filled. I think I need something bigger than a truck and long trailer. If possible to get help packing breakable a such as clock, lamp, etc. There is more than listed. There is also heavy antiques and furniture in apartment and storage.  

Moved 3 years ago with a total shipment weight of 27,260 lbs or Full Container. 4 bedrooms with basement. No appliances to move. Google Maps states this is a 3.2 mile move (7 minutes). We will have 90% of our packing completed (boxed and taped). The selected white glove mover should have moving blankets, plastic wrap, some last minute boxes, standard household moving equipment, and tools to disassemble/assemble furniture. Move start date 2/26. Must be out of pickup location no later than the evening of 2/27.
