4 Bedroom House Moving Services

All items are currently in storage units at the same facility (10x30 on first floor by doors, 10x20 drive up, 5x10 on 2nd floor, 5x10 on 3rd floor). Elevator access at storage facililty. Everything is packed. We would need items loaded from the storage facility (blankets may be needed to put in between items), then unloaded in appropriate rooms at the house, which is right at a mile away. We will handle unpacking. No assembly of furniture/appliances required.  

20'x10'x8' storage unit loosely packed floor to ceiling. Furniture listed above. Lots of boxes. Mostly clothes, toys, craft supplies and books. Storage unit access hours are 6am-8pm. Easy in and out for trucks and trailers. Drop off location is on a residential street. ***Military move. Weight ticket will be required.  

3 beds,all broken down. 3 dressers 4 night stands, 1 dining room table and chairs. all need wrapping. all stackable same size boxes. misc items.  

 

 

The day of shipment would be Sept 15. Our home is a 1900 sq ft, so it isn't huge at all. Everything will be boxed. This includes unhooking washer/dryer and re-connection. Our security equipment will remain in tack until after the move (cameras and so forth) so don't need to be included. The TV in living room at 92" and must be handled by 4 people. We have a 4 poster king size bed that needs to be taken down and assembled at new house. Everything like furniture needs wrapping with blankets and so forth. You need two large trucks and 4 heavy lifters to bid so please note that and show up with all of them. The garage has stuff that can't be listed like my total gym and antique iron beds. The bid is a FLAT RATE for EVERYTHING here to be moved out. I've tried to give all details, but just ask anything up front. Also, please note we are conservative and prefer not to be inundated with profanity. See our references and also 100% for over 10 years on eBay. Easy and honest to work with. Our business consistently needs a mover for furniture pieces from Dallas to Lake Dallas are and then delivered back. We would like a relationship with an honest mover.  

**Would like this move to be done either Friday 8/22 after 6PM or early saturday morning 8/23** This is actually a 4 bedroom house, but only 2 of the rooms are being moved out and its only going to be a few bigger items moved as well as a few boxes (This is not a full on move, most of the stuff in the house will be staying there. We just need to get most of the bigger stuff out). Most of the furniture is light weight furniture from Ikea. This is exactly a 2.3 mile trip from door to door from basically MLK and Ulit Ave to 3rd and Pleasant Valley. This should be a very simple move.The earlier in the day that this move could be done, the better. Here is what we need moved: - Full size mattress with Ikea Malm Frame (which will be disassembled) - Queen size mattress with box spring (no frame) - Ikea Malm nightstand - 2 Ikea desks - Ikea mini foldout futon - 2 wooden frame Ikea armchairs (light) - 1 Ikea floor lamp - Love seat - Small circle dining table - Ikea Malm 6 drawer dresser - 1 rolling office chair - 1 lightweight TV stand - 3 boxes with kitchenware/appliances and electronics  

Everything will be boxed up. Will be able to help load and unload. 1 king size bed and frame, dresser, 2 twin beds and dresser, 2 full size beds and 2 dressers, sectional sofa, washer and dryer, hutch, kitchen table and chairs, tool chest, tool bench.  

Lots of boxes. Most of house is already packed.

We are open to all types of bids. We can load and unload and you can transport. Or you can also bid on helping to load/unload. Or even full service moving. All bids welcome.

we would have everything boxed up and ready to go. I could even help load and have help in Bradenton to unload. I've already taken a 20 ft uhaul load down. Not taking refrig or stove. Really the house is thinned out at this point. If I do it myself was going to get a 26 ft uhaul. It shouldn't be that big of a deal.  

 

 

We have a four bedroom house. We moved here 1 year ago from a three bedroom house, but never really filled the house. Most of the cabinets and closets are empty. Packing service would be great. Please include whether you include packing service in the bid. Thank you.  

 

There is also 1 dolly, 1 Christmas tree in a box, 3 3'x10' runners, 4 5' round rugs, 1 4x7 rug, and about 15 art boxes. We are looking for a top notch mover who can handle a load of this size. It is approx. 2200 cubic feet of goods. I have 50+ moving blankets to donate to the cause and we can help with some loading, but will not be your prime help. I also want a price to have full insurance coverage on our items. The dates may be flexible by a few days as we are still finalizing all our details.
