4 Bedroom House Moving Services

This is a whole house move! I plan on having most everything in boxes and ready to go except beds, etc. You will need to provide truck/trailer and assist in loading and unloading all items.  

 

 

 

1) We clicked on 1 outdoor bench -- but it really is an indoor bench. 2) Some of this will go to our new rental and some of it will go to a storage unit. 3) We also have a kids bike trailer. 4) The FULL size bed is just the frame (no mattress/box spring) 5) The 2 TWIN beds are JUST the mattresses (no frame) 6) We have several large paintings we will box up. At least 5 large paintings.

Not sure on box count, last move filled two 26 foot trucks.  

 

Shipment will be pre-packed (50-60 boxes), with the exception of (3) dressers, (2) beds (1-queen torn down, 1-twin captain bed), tv stand, sofa, (3) chairs, (2) storage cube stands, (1) book case, (1) small freezer, (1) washer/dryer set, (2) outdoor chairs, (2) small desks, (1) 16" kids bicycle, (1) small Webber electric grill with stand (q1200).

Everything has been boxed, and all furniture is blanket wrapped and shrink wrapped. It is all currently in a storage unit, ready to be loaded.  

Need loading/unloading assistance at pickup and at drop off location. Homeowner will assist as much as possible. Will need shipper to have furniture blankets/pads etc to protect everything. Please note this is a 3 bedroom home with a 2 car garage and the garage has plenty of tools/yard equipment storage cabinets to move also. Only larger appliances moving are a washer and a dryer.  

 

 

Moving the house to another which is less then 10 miles away. We are mostly needing the appliances and furniture moved- so we are only expecting 2-3 trips to the new location.  

 

Re-submitting now that is house in AZ is under contract. Pickup is on Military installation, so arrival will have to be coordinated. Last military move was from overseas to Alabama and took 12 crates and 160 boxes to give you a feel of how much stuff. It was right at 16,000 pounds total. Several boxes remain packed. (see garage pic) Family of 9 so toys and clothes (lots of them) and the sports equipment that goes with them. I am an avid scouter and have several emergency preparedness items (food storage, 72 hour kits, Meals-Ready-to-Eat, Freeze dried items, camping equipment, etc). The 24 toy chests are plastic and stackable (and able to be put inside each-other) and we use them for clothes and toys. The instruments are violins. The 3 priority items for the move are the Curio Cabinet (and the dolls that go inside of it) the Table (listed as dining room table - which seats 10) and the upright piano. Those are our main items. I do computers for a living, so we have a lot of small electronics (projector, 2 desktop computers with small screens. Mostly laptops and kindle/tablets). Lawn mower/generator have gas emptied (for 6+months). Look forward to your bids.  

if at all possible i am looking to rent a trailer to load myself and have someone take it to the destination and i will unload  

Pickup location is a 2 story home, however all items will be moved downstairs prior to pickup. Delivery location is also single story. Ideally, pickup should be early morning.
