4 Bedroom House Moving Services

 

Furniture only; boxes will be moved by owners. 1/2 mile drive between houses. The origin location is a 3500 sq.ft. 2 story house with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 2 living areas, 2 dining areas, 1 study, 1 laundry area, and 1 two car garage. The destination location is a 2200 sq.ft. 1 story house with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 1 living area, 1 study, 1 laundry area, and 1 two car garage. The origin location is in the "U" of our cul-de-sac, and the destination location is less than 6 miles away in a the corner lot. Inventory list and pictures can be provided upon request.  

I have three storage units I need moved from Chicago to Dallas. All units are on the ground floor and will be delivered to a 2 story home. I have attached pictures of the units to help identify how large of a truck will be needed. Many of the items in the storage units are now junk and will not be moved. These items have already been identified and I will be there to help answer any questions. Unit 1 10 x 30 - Contains all 2 bedroom + most rooms in the home. Everything from this unit will be moved. Unit 2 10 x 20 - Contains office equipment and supplies from a small Dr's office. Everything but the 4 large blue dental chairs will be moved. Unit 3 10 x 20 - Contains 1 bedroom set, oddly shaped furniture and misc boxes from the home. The bedroom set and many of the oddly shaped items will be scrapped. I have 15 18 in x 18 in x 16 in boxes and one 4 1/2 ft x 1 1/2 ft box. I would potentially like to include a love seat sized sleeper sofa and queen sized mattress as well, but would like a quote with and without those included.  

Washer/dryer in move as well as multiple pieces of physical therapy equipment as well as wheelchairs  

I have pictures of all property. I could only fit 10 photos on here, and I have 22. We are saying this is a 3-4 bedroom house because we have 4 bedrooms, but we had nothing in our dining room, and no kitchen table or furniture, and very little furniture in the living room. The pictures show boxes in some of those rooms, but those are bedroom, bathroom and basement items.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

The furniture and boxed items were moved into two storage units in South Jordan, Utah a few years ago by professional moving company, from a 5 bedroom home in CA. The storage units are each 10' X 10' X 10' and all items are either furniture or boxed by movers/packers. Will need the items moved from the storage units to West Linn, OR.
