4 Bedroom House Moving Services

My house is already packed and everything is loaded into two storage units. One unit is 8x30 and the other is 8x20 and they both are packed very tightly with no room to spare.....if that helps you to calculate cost. I don't have a packing list on how many boxes etc., just the sizes of the storage units. A tractor trailer won't fit so I would have to load (2) 26ft trucks prior to your arrival and then meet you to transfer everything over.  

 

Looking to ship 30 luggage's for 20 people going on vacation, a sprinter or cargo van is PERFECT!  

We need a 26' truck with our stuff delivered from Tracy, CA to Lee, MA. The origin is a professional moving storage spot with loading dock. Goods will be on loading dock. Destination is a house in Lee, MA. All stuff will go down 15 stairs to basement. Truck can pull up within 15 feet of front door. We want to AVOID double handling of the goods unless you can offer insurance. (Baker Intl. etc. won't insure from professional storage location to a home.) Can move anytime around end March, assuming storage location has an open slot.  

 

 

 

You will be moving three(3) storage units: 1 - 10'X20'X9' - 100% full 1 - 10'X10'X9' - 50% full 1 - 10'X15'X9" - 10% full (outdoors lawn furn, gas grille, lawn mower, garden tools, wood porch swing, small smoker, etc. All items boxed, bubble or stretch wrapped. Heavy items - 700# gun safe, (2) 4-drawer metal file cabinets (full of paper patterns, (1) metal tool box, 300# approx, no wheels, same size approx. as the metal file cabinets. I'm somewhat flexible on the delivery days. All storage units contain typical household move items; refrigerator, mini-fridge, small wine fridge, FL washer/dryer, 2 king bedroom suites, 2 typical recliners, living room furniture, lamps, many boxes, 3 flat screen tv's etc. Storage Unit volumes are conservative. Largest box truck OK at storage unit(s) load point. Standard 52' trailer would be a CHALLENGE to maneuver.  

 

We need to move from miami to Las Vegas the following Items. Big Outdoor chairs x4, Patio Furniture 2pieces, 3 Large mirrors 5ftx8ft, 30 big Boxes, 2 couches.  

House will be packed up and ready to go. Bedroom furniture (for 3 bedrooms) and 25-30 large boxes to be loaded and moved. No appliances but there is Heavy XL safe and a statue. Otherwise, the basic miscellaneous household stuff. No couches, no entertainment center. One queen size bed one king size bed one twin size bed. Basic bedroom furniture. Wall art. Can be picked up as early as 3/1 but cannot be delivered until 3/3 or 3/4.  

 

 

Pickup will be from a house in Yardley 19067 with 3 floors + Basement + Garage all with drive access, AND from storage unit in Manayunk/Philadelphia 19128 with freight elevator. Dropoff will be to house in Newtown 18940 with 2 floors plus basement, drive access. I included storage unit contents in total contents. Storage unit contents are Large Box 15, Medium Box 25, Small Box 40, Small table saw, drill press, Twin Mattress x1, Full mattress x2, Folding bed frame twin x2. Wire Rack x4 disassembled. Notable items in the house include (I think most of them are checked off above): 1x love seat, 1x sectional, 2x sofas, 1x large dining table (7 feet, circular - yes it does fit through the door), 1 sideboard, 1 dresser, push lawn mower, push snow thrower, 1 elliptical, 2 exercise bikes, 1 tool box of drawers, 3x wire racks, 1x deck box, 1x hammock (disassembles), 1x large grill, 1x small grill, 2x outdoor tables, 1x outdoor side table, 12x outdoor stacking chairs, 4x outdoor chaises, 3x vacuum cleaners. We have a small rack of hand weights. And we have a small weight machine which is still in the box, unopened.  

i have two loads one is in williamsport maryland in a 10x10 and PODs in winchester va 220 Victory Rd, Winchester, VA 22602  

 

All the house items are packed and at a storage facility, using 2 rooms of 10/20 and a small room for the electronics.

I am hoping someone can help -- I have studio gear, drum cases, and lots of boxes - no real furniture besides a few antiques and a bed... EDIT! Need to move BY JAN 14th! See pix for idea of quantity -- need a BIG TRAILER and at least two movers! HELP!  

All furniture and items not boxed will be pre-wrapped by the customer (not shipper). The shipper will be responsible for loading, transporting and unloading all items.  

 

Shipping is actually originating at a storage unit, StorBox in Pasadena CA. House is sold.  

 

 

please note that we are getting rid of a large portion of our large items. We have replace some of them with new items still in the box=. the following items are new in flat boxes, Solid Wood Dining Table, 8 dining chairs (2 per box), 2 TV stands, 1 computer desk, 1 Full Bed, 2 twin beds, 1 king bed...the following items are in regular sized boxes that aren't flat large sectional couch (in 5 or 6 boxes) 82 in tv (in box) 65" TV in box. Overall we are selling or giving a way a good amount of what we have as we are moving into a 1200 sq ft apartment.
