3 Bedroom House Moving Services

 

2 storied house with basement. The furniture is pretty much in the pics. We need a car carrier to hold Honda CRV  

1200 to 1600 cubic feet of beds, dressers, bookshelves, table & chairs, couches, lawn mower, gas grill, televisions, power washer, tools, and boxes of personal effects. Moving date depends on home sale closing date, but probably in early to mid June.

- Moving from a 3-story townhouse (2 flights of starts, no elevator) to an apartment on the 3rd floor (2 flights of stairs, no elevator) - Medium boxes are 19" x 14" x 17" - Large boxes are 24" x 16" x 19" - Listed the tennis ball machine as a small air conditioner - Musical instrument is a small keyboard with a bench

No beds. 2 Bikes. Lot's of boxes. Large TV that needs to be wrapped.

Two step move. Some items in a two bedroom house. Sparsely furnished. The rest is in a storage unit 10x10 two miles away.  

***We need a 26 ft box truck to get in and out of our location, which is up on a wooded hill. A long trailer will not likely be able to navigate this area.***  

 

We have provided an inventory List, see enclosed pictures as the default checkbox list doesn't capture everything we would like included in the move. We have additional pictures of all items but this site allows 10 images to be attached only.  

 

 

Some of the equipment is heavy and will require ramp or lift to load. Taxidermy will need space and padding to protect it. Estimate total volume to be on order of 1200 cu. Ft., some items can be stacked, others not. Weight estimate 4000 lb range. Cars in photo NOT part of the move.

The 75 boxes are an estimate based on full 10' x 10' storage unit with contents that will also be moved from unit in Elgin to Unit is St Augustine.
