3 Bedroom, 2 1/2 Bathroom, 2 floor, 2,000 sq ft house moving to a very similar house 2.7 miles away. Everything will be packed by us. We are looking for movers to pick up items in their existing rooms and move them to designated rooms.  

PLEASE NOTE....WEIGHT FOR THIS HOUSE MOVE IS APPROXIMATELY 9,400 POUNDS -House 1 & 14,500 POUNDS -House 2 - THIS PRICE is PACKAGE RATE & includes both homes EACH PICK UP LOCATION WILL NEED TRUCK WITH TRAILER THAT CAN ACCOMMODATE UP TO 15000 POUNDS AT EACH HOUSE AND CAN GUARANTEE DELIVERY FOR JULY 15TH after 3 p.m. SEMI WILL NOT MAKE IT UP DRIVEWAY AT DELIVERY LOCATION some other items in these homes at pick-up In kitchen -large stainless steel kitchen prep table In basement - Boxes- some plastic chairs - plastic desks - 2 rolling carts- some lamps and kitchen chairs In garage -.a few chairs - large artist work table - game table-couple side tables and some other small furniture pieces - wooden water table and a few lamps - small kids wooden play kitchen - a few boxes- a few large industrial sized metal mixer bowls. some of the dressers/buffet wall unit furniture mirrored (fragile) (fragile) parts can be disassembled for easier transport (drawers taken out of dressers - doors removed from cabinet fronts etc.) 6 ft fiberglass animal sculpture - marked as large statue under misc category  

The move will need to be conducted in two stops, as some of the furniture and boxes (which will be marked) must be delivered to a different address near Bellevue, Washington.  

 

updated below 1 of the credenzas listed is very heavy and located on second floor. Move out home is 2 story with basement. Small entry stair- also ground level patio entry . Move in home is entry stair case or driveway to entry - on slight hill - basement and 3 living floors. Both homes have street parking and driveways- Both are older homes with narrow driveway. Move from home is short driveway level. Move to home is sloped hill driveway .  

 

Move dates are NOT flexible, so PLEASE DON'T ASK if I can adjust my move date!!!!!!! Single Story Ranch House (1400 sqft) 1 bedroom set (queen bed, 2 night stands, 1 chest of drawers) - clothes will be taken out of night stands and chest of drawers 1 living room set (couch, chair, ottoman) 1 coffee table (living room) 3 small desks 2 business desks 1 filing cabinet (made of aluminum, w/ 4 drawers - is half empty) 1 small filing cabinet - empty 1 kitchen table w/4 chairs (NOT dining room table) 1 mountain bike 1 outdoor sectional wicker sofa 1 outdoor shade umbrella 3 desk chairs Kitchen goods will be in rubber tote bins (I will pack the goods) Delivery will be to a 2 story house....the queen bed, dresser, and 2 night stands will be the ONLY items on the 2nd floor. Everything else will be ok delivered to the ground floor.  

also, 1 5 foot tall gun safe (can be turned on its side.) move MUST BE DONE IN THE AM ON THURSDAY THE 9TH.  

About 100 boxes. The box size range from medium to small to very small boxes, 2 suit cases, a baby mattress, 2 baby stroller, 3 baby seats, baby high chair, baby walk toy, garden hose, baby playpen, baby push toy, baby walking toy, wrapped standing fan and other smaller miscellaneous items. These items have been packed, currently in my Garage and ready to go. 1 King Size Bed with head board 2 side bed stool 1 dresser and 1 dresser mirror 1 washer 1 dryer 7 laundry basket 3 Queen size bed, 1 queen size board 1 baby crib with bed and 1 play pen 6 plastic drawer 2 computer table, 4 chairs 1 dining table, 4 chairs 2 couches, 4 living room side table I am estimating this can be done on one trip with a well packed 1000 cuft area. However the moving distance is only 25 miles between both locations. Thus multiple can be made if needed.

Will Help pack at each location in Grass Valley and Sacramento to be delivered to a Residence on an acre at 40733 Carmelita Circle, Temecula, CA 92591 with help loading all of it into 40' deep 3 car garage
