3 Bedroom House Moving Services

We made a big mistake... We moved to CA from Austin 6 months ago and want to get back asap!! We have a list of our stuff from our move here which is in the photos section. Estimated 3500lbs by Allied Van lines. We no longer have the scooter listed. Our move out to CA was via 55' Trailer and we used approximate 1/4 of the trailer. We have a 3 bedroom (very lightly furnished) townhouse. One room is literally just a crib and a fan. Optional Items (1) WE ARE ALSO SHIPPING A 2018 KIA OPTIMA HYBRID SO IF YOU CAN TAKE BOTH THEN ENTER COMBINED BID AND JUST MAKE A NOTE. OTHERWISE; WE HAVE FIRM QUOTES OF $995 TO TRANSPORT THE VEHICLE SEPERATELY. (2) TWO WELL BEHAVED DOGS WHICH ARE CURRENTLY SCHEDULED TO DEPART CA ON SUNDAY 06/17 VIA SEPERATE TRANSPORT.

We are moving 15 minutes away to a new house that we already own, so we've been gradually moving some small and medium things. We primarily need help with the large items, and the large switch-over from old house to new. At the new house, only the master bedroom and bathroom are upstairs.  

 

 

We are looking for a quote for a 3 bedroom house move. Most items are in boxes or furniture.  

Include 1-2 months of storage as final destination in Orlando has not been determined. Estimated 10,000 - 11,000 lbs.  

Five 7 foot x 7 foot x 5 foot crates with furniture and household goods are currently in a storage unit. The crates need to be loaded and shipped across country.  

 

 

 

I've included everything I can think of for the inventory at this moment. I will likely be carrying some of this stuff down in multiple trips over the next several weeks. My goal is to have only the large pieces remaining with me mainly carrying down some of the boxes as well as smaller pieces of furniture that I can move myself along with any artwork or fragile things. I have included photographs of the house so that you can get a general idea of the contents and size of the furniture. I am looking for someone to load and unload heavy stuff because I will not be able to do so.  

 

PLEASE ALSO SEE OUR NEED FOR MOVING 2 CARS. Most of the furniture can be taken apart. What is shown is all of the major furniture, but there are also about 25 boxes in the garage, as well as a treadmill. and I am having trouble uploading them. There is NO refrigetator, washer/dryer or other major appliances. I think we will most likely need a 26' truck, but I will leave that to your judgment, because I'm not sure. If you feel you can transport the harp extremely carefully, it includes the harp. I am considering just bringing it on the plane, but I will favor bids from someone who has experience transporting musical instruments.  

Moving Distance = approx. 10 miles from House to House  

 

Dates are flexible, but departing on June 8th would be perfect.  

 

 

Received two separate visual estimates from professional movers; estimated 1,100 cubic ft. Inventory on Uship does not reflect accurate quantity or items  

Delivery will be to a storage unit.
