3 Bedroom House Moving Services

 

 

It's a simple move nothing technical, heaviest items are washer and dryer.  

 

 

 

Previous weight of 3 moves was approx 8500lbs. Would like a direct private truck. 26 ft has worked before.  

 

+ large dining room table with 8 chairs + 1 large and 2 small bikes + lawn mover + 1 storage (there are 70 boxes in it)

From Origination we're moving: 1) thce entire attic (pretty full), basement (includes workshop), 2nd floor office, one bedroom and; 2) a single-bedroom apartment in the detached garage loft to; the first floor and walk-in basement of the Destination. Photos are: 1) the destination, and; 2) the Origination stairs leading to the garage loft, the basement exit directly to the outside, and the narrow stairs leading to the attic. Destination has a 600' 9% grade narrow driveway with two bends; a semi truck won't make it. Owner will pack and unpack; mover will load, transport, and unload. BIDS RECEIVED OUTSIDE OF THE CONFIDENTIAL USHIP BIDDING PROCESS AND BIDDERS WITH LESS THAN 5 FEEDBACK SCORES WILL BE DISREGARDED.  

 

We are loading a one bedroom apartment, and (2) 10x10x8 storage units. All of the items listed on the inventory are in these three places. Most items are in storage.  

 

Furniture needs to be wrapped in blankets by movers.  

 

Items on 2nd fl are only: Washer, Drier, Mattress, Dresser, 70" TV (items included in original inventory) Pickup items from 2nd location, 30 miles away in Tampa (2nd fl condo, w freight elevator). Include: Bedframe, dresser, mirror, 2 nightstands, couch, bar, bicycle (items included in original inventory)  

2 piece antique bar, antique cookstove, 4 100lb propane tanks, snowblower, generator, antique rocking chair. I'm willing to help load boxes.  

 

Starting to pack now- unsure of how many boxes exactly. 3 bedroom house but only items belonging to 2 people. Not listed are 3 ikea pieces that we can break down for transport. Biggest items- a 2pc sectional, 1 3-seat sofa, washer, dryer, fridge, grill, 1 queen bed, & 1 king bed.  

 

 

 

 

All stuff are already packed and ready to move from storage. The size of the storage is 10*20*8 feet, but not completely filled. There is an upright console piano that should be professionally handed. Please consider bringing your labor before offering a price. Distance between storage and the destination is 12 min drive. The storage is in the main level but the piano should be placed in the upper and there is like 8-10 L-shaped stairs. Only the bedrooms and loft is in the upper floor, the master, dining, and living rooms are in the main level and there is like 4 stairs before the entrance door.
