3 Bedroom House Moving Services

This is a 3 bedroom home. Driver will not have to load, don’t need moving service, just need a truck and trailer or box truck. Will need a few extra days on delivery so I can get to the location. I am driving as well.  

Moved recently from sold house to apartment and used a 26ft UHaul truck. The move consists of 2 bedroom apartment and a one car garage things. Everything will be wrapped and boxed in. The service needed is loading, moving to florida, and unloading. For loading, the two bedroom apartment is in the third floor and no elevator. Most of the heavy things are in the one car garage 1st floor about 40 ft from the apartment. When I hired help to help me move, two guys loaded and unloaded the UHaul truck in about 4.5 hrs. Also to include in the move two motorcycles (one dirt bike and one street bike). I have received direct quotes now under $2,000. would like to finalize asap.  

This is a small move we are hoping will fit in a truck heading from Palm Desert. CA TO KANSAS (KANSAS CITY AREA).  

Pickup and shipment of Packed by Owner Antiques inventory. The items you see in these photos will be packed into 250-350 Banana boxes, and there are 15-20 small display cases and shelves to be blanket wrapped) , about 100 picture frames. Flexible dates, Late April. Large cases in photos are not going. This will be medium to small objects only. There are a few stacking bookcases and packed boxes on the second floor next door. This should fit in a 26' Box truck or equivalent.  

Approximate weight 8320 pounds. Shipper packing preferred.  

3/4 dressers are ikea (1 double, 2 single), very lightweight. 1 4 drawer dresser is heavy/nice. treadmill is heavy but will be in two pieces. sectional (3pc) is bulky but not heavy. exercise equipment consists of a few kettlebells and dumbbells. bookshelf, beds, etc will be disassembled as is doable.  

 

 

URGENT!! This mission should you chose to accept.... Is project Move Jake. He is a friend of my best friend and has broken his back multiple times, and recently broke his hand and had pins in it. HE CAN NOT BE MOVING HEAVY ITEMS but will try. This is a complete pack out. He is moving from Bandon OR to Red Oak TX. He has an older RX7 that needs to be moved, as well as some awkward larger pieces. 2 of the large trunk (pictured), 3 rolling large totes, a lot of the stuff is fragile models, RC Cars, digital printers, etc. 10-15 garbage bags of clothes. He also has 3-4 bikes, kayak, tires (bagged in yellow) All pictured. The box count is an estimate as we are still packing. He will need all loaded with care. When you reach the final destination of Red Oak TX there will be 4-6 people to help unload. If you have any questions let me know, I will respond promptly. The king bed is a memory foam and electric, extremely heavy. THIS WILL NOT BE A ONE MAN SHOW YOU WILL NEED 2-4 MOVERS AND EQUIPMENT. There may or may not be help loading that has yet TBD, however there will be plenty of help at the destination point for drop and unload.

currently stored in a 10x30' storage unit but not packed to the roof or very tight. could probably fit in 20' box trailer if packed well. Can and will arrange loading/unloading assistance if necessary. No chemicals, hazmat, etc. flexible on dates to load/deliver, prefer weekends.  

3BR/2BA 1,550 sq. ft. home Previous quotes estimate approximately 11,000 lbs. Photos uploaded. Also, a "Lance Cali Classic scooter" (150 cc) will need to be loaded. We tried to estimate the # of boxes as best possible. I look forward to hearing from you.  

There are 6 steps leading up to my building in CA. My townhouse in FL is 2 stories.  

Everything is packed in boxes at storage 10x30 unit with furniture as well. Must be picked up in the morning and delivered by afternoon 2 hour travel distance. All items must be brought into new home in Hartford city but don’t need to be Assembled. (Ie furniture) my parents are older and will not help load or unload.  

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Pics are the biggest items. We are very flexible on the delivery dates because these items will go to storage for a few months. We are renting a furnished place in Austin.
