2 Bedroom Apartment Moving Services

 

Some additional items not listed above are. Queen mattress, Patio heater, maybe a small sofabed and some other small misc items. The above list is almost 95 percent complete :=) Mover will need to disassemble and reassemble dining table. Mover will also need to shrink wrap the cabinets, chests and dressers.  

Mostly boxes/plastic bins with minimal furniture. King bed is just a mattress with a fold-up metal frame. Other bed is an IKEA wooden daybed that will be disassembled. Has a Queen mattress. Both residences are 2-story Townhomes. Enter on 1st floor and up a flight to the 2nd floor. NJ residence has parking right in front of the front door. VA residence has a parking lot/space with a short path and short staircase to front entrance.  

I'm looking to move as much of the bigger furniture as possible (such as my couch, tables, bookshelf, washer + dryer, bed + frame, dressers, trunks etc) with you. The bookshelf comes apart at the middle, which makes it easier to pack.

Moving from a 3 bedroom house with a garage to another 3 bedroom house with a garbage. No stairs involved. My brother and son can help load and unload if that helps us get a better price. We are looking for a company that will have the proper material to cover and wrap all of our furniture and appliances to keep them free of damage so please include this in your quote. Inventory list includes 3 king mattresses (no box springs) 3 dressers 1 comfy boy recliner 2 sectionals 2 refrigerators 2 stoves 2 refrigerators 1 Desktop Computer 1 office desk 1 glass dining room table (fragile) with 2 chairs 4 75 inch Flatscreen TV’s (very fragile) 3 laptops (will be boxed) 1 tall toolbox on wheels (heavy) 1 piece patio couch 25-30 Boxes My Brother and son can help assist with the wrapping and loading/unloading if this helps decrease the cost.  

 

Moving from a storage unit in SF to a condo in Miami.  

 

Moving from Manhattan, New York to University Park, Dallas, Texas. The pick-up location is a small 2-bedroom apartment, a total is 481 sq Ft. Pick-up time on 1/9/2024. Need mover loads and unloads both on the 2nd floor. The pick-up location is on the 2nd floor, walk-up, no pick-up time limit on moving. On destination, all things should also be delivered to the 2nd floor, walk-up ( there's no delivery time limit). Expected delivery time 1/11/2024 or 1/12/2024.

Need to pick up some items from our office warehouse (which has a loading dock) and from a small house 2 miles from there, to take them to our Florida house.

This is a one bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor. Full living room with a couch that comes apart in small 1 piece sections, small computer desk, large coffee table, 1 small bench, 65" tv, rug, egg chair from outside and a rug. The kitchen has no large appliances just your basic household eating and cooking items. The master bedroom has a king size bed that the base is in two sections, 50" tv, armoire 38"Wx19.72"Dx80"H, 1 dresser 68"Wx20.5"Dx33.25"H , 2 night stands 32"Wx18.88"Dx26.13"H, 2 bookshelves and boxes of clothes, shoes and bathroom supplies. My dates are more flexible than what I'm going to list. Please let me know if something works better for you.  

This storage unit is almost all lightweight boxes, some fragile and must be handled w/care. The picture shows 3/4 of the inventory but there is more on the one wall that is not pictured here. Inventory must be hauled in an enclosed hauler. We will be in Clearwater, FL for the week of January 8th-11th and would like to arrange for pick-up during that time. We are more flexible on delivery to Wellsboro, PA w/dates & times. On both ends it is ground floor. On the pick end there will be assistance for loading, on the delivery end there may be a need for complete unload w/o assistance but additional pay will be given if that is the case. I have 7 Rubbermaid bins. 10 medium boxes , 8 small boxes. 6 extra large boxes , a bar cart small and rolling cart 3 tiers  

2 TVs plus stands, a couch, coffee table, 2 queen beds, 2 patio chairs plus small table, dining table plus 2 chairs, 25 boxes, 2 dressers, 2 nightstands, 1 vanity. Potentially a washer and dryer but that will likely stay behind  

 

 

 

I need items picked up from Doyle Auction House in NYC and Delivered to my residence in Detroit, MI. Valuable furniture and art items, must be handled with utmost care by a professional with experience moving such items. Screenshots of entire inventory with dimensions included in the listing.
