2 Bedroom Apartment Moving Services

 

This shipment inventory is an estimate. It is a 2 bedroom apartment but the amount of boxes could change. Would like to stay Between $1700 and $2000 all inclusive.

Furniture is 2 beds & bedframes, 1 table + 4 chairs. The rest is boxes. Destination is on the 3rd floor but has an elevator.  

We are moving and are in need of someone to pick up our items in Oregon and move them to Montana. I did my best to list everything, but there is plenty of stuff that I was not able to list. I would say a 20ft box truck or enclosed trailer would be needed to make sure everything fits. We may have a few more or a few less boxes than the 30 I put on there, but we have most of our small items in boxes already.  

 

 

My mother is downsizing from our family house to a 1 bedroom apartment. We have downsized everything in the house to 1 bedroom apartment worth of items. 1 sofa, 1 dresser, 1 bed, 1 office table, 1 small dining set with 2 chairs. The house has 3 floors with some items on each floor (again, downsized to 1 bedroom apt total amount). There is easy load out with garage, driveway. The apartment is 4th floor with easy load in with easy parking, no stairs, and easy access to elevator.  

We plan to pack and load/unload ourselves, but are open to some loading help. Curious to see rates for both options.  

 

 

Basemen with storage boxes  

Need to move contents of 10x20 storage unit to 2 bedroom apartment. The unit is about 80% full. The destination is a 3rd floor apartment.  

Please note we don't have any couch and no dining table, Furniture estimate: 30 bankers boxes 10 large boxes 2 standing desks 1 bed frame and 2 mattresses Bowflex Dumbells (110 lbs)  

 

 

 

 

 

5 of the 'large boxes' are stackable storage bins Some of the small boxes are stackable storage bins as well. Some boxes contain fragile items and are labeled The musical instrument is a keyboard in a case The upright piano is completely gutted. The keys are in a box and the heaviest pieces of the piano were removed to be replaced in the future. The piano is now about 1/4 of the typical weight of an upright piano. The majority of the furniture has been wrapped and secured already - no additional moving blankets or padding required. The 'return desk' and couch are broken down in pieces for moving as is the china cabinet the 'overstuffed chair' is a giant beanbag chair
