2 Bedroom Apartment Moving Services

Pick up furniture and boxes from two locations in Philadelphia - the first is a 4th-floor apartment on Washington and 4th (elevator access) and the second is a 6x8 U-Haul storeroom on Washington and 9th (elevator and drive-up access). The Truck must be driven down to a storage unit in West Palm Beach and offloaded. Items in the apartment include: 1 Extra large sectional sofa 1 Dining room table and 6 chairs 1 Large wooden chest (approx 3ftx4ftx3ft) 1 Queen bed and bedframe (no box spring) 1 Large curio cabinet 1 Large coffee table 1 Medium bookcase 20 boxes (small, medium, and large) 2 Desks (one can be broken down into flat pack, the other one can't) 1 Adult bike 2 Large mirrors 1 Large painting 1 Medium tv 1 Tea cart 1 Rug 1 Single dresser 2 Bedside tables 1 Small filing cabinet 1 Vacuum cleaner Items in storeroom are: Large boxes 15 Medium boxes 10 Small boxes 10 1 Guitar 1 Tea cart 1 Big mirror 1 Medium mirror 1 Single deck chair 2 Leather triangle chairs 3 Wooden coffee tables 1 Desk chair 1 Large desk 1 Shopvac 1 Bed frame (broken down into flat pack) 2 Glass and wood coffee tables 1 Clothing rack 1 Box of pictures 1 Surfboard  

We fit everything into a 645 cu ft. U-haul. I do have a few extra items which brings th total to 700cu ft. No applliances. Several beds, a sofa, love seat some chest of drawers, area rug, 75’ TV and a bunch of boxes.  

This is 2 story townhome. 2beds with 1 basic frame. No dressers.mostly boxes, 3 suitcases, 2 floor mrrors (not large) and a few small shelves. 1 tall bookshelf. glass console table. xmas tree. 2 tvs (65 inch and 43inch). 2 small beachchairs. 2 floor plants (fake). 2 laundry baskets.  

All totes, no weird furniture or shapes, stackable, no urgency on pickup or delivery.  

 

Move out/in date is Tuesday, August 6th. 5 minute drive between pickup and dropoff locations. Items Needed to be moved: 2 mattresses, 2 bed frames, 2 couches, 1 desk, 1 dresser, 3 nightstands, 1 table, 1 coffee table, & several packed medium & wardrobe boxes  

1 queen platform bed/mattress, 2 drawer night stand, 7 drawer long dressers, writing/computer desk, square kitchen table with 4 chairs, 2 bar stools, wine cabinet, 2 end stables, rectangular coffee table with glass overlay, 3 table lamps, 1 floor lamp, 2 tower fans, portable a/c unit, portable dehumidifier, desk chair, wood rocking chair, 2 foldable patio chairs, small patio table, 2 small dog crates, rectangle bench ottoman, 4 seat couch w/chaise, paddle board backpack, 52" flatscreen tv/ wall mount, 32" flat screen tv w/wall mount, and a large number of plastic storage bins with all the odds/ends including framed photos, books, decorations, dishes, etc.

We have an elevator next to the apartment for pickup, so it will be much faster to pack up stuff. For delivery, there are only stairs.  

The items are in 16 ft POD container in their facility at Elkridge MD.

One large heavy drill press, yard tools, many garage tools. this is cleaning out my late mother's house and moving one dining set, one bedroom set, a few medium and small antique pieces and lost of boxes. One upright piano if possible plus piano bench. We will pack all boxes and need you to wrap furniture and load everything. We think it is equivalent to a full two bedroom house and garage worth of things.  

6 medium boxes, 2 small boxes, one plastic storage container (large), one plasma tv, 3 pieces of wall art and two large rugs. The rugs may need to be rolled up so I may need help or need mover to roll the rugs  

2 bedroom apartment (1 master bedroom, other room being used as office).  

one queen size bed, bedroom set. no other beds. 20-30 boxes, one couch.  

 

 

 

7 cases of prepackaged wine in wine boxes with bubble wrap.  

Its enough stuff to fill a 10x20 storage unit.  

Personal items packed by owner Furniture wrapped by movers. We have 3 items that weight 150lbs: - Traeger 575 Grill (140 lbs) - Side board with glass top, the glass top would need to be crated (100 lbs without glass top) the glass top is about 50 lbs. - Rower (120lbs) There are no elevators at pickup location and we are on the 3rd floor. The drop-off is a storage location open 9:30AM to 6PM. The unit has elevator.
