all itmes are brand new in the box, all off a loading dock at a furniture store, all boxed and packaged must pick up 11/11 and be dropped off in florida by 11/14 am before 11 am

Pickup apartment is on the second floor with an elevator. Drop off is a three story with no elevator but very spacious outdoor stairs. We are already getting rid of couch and dining room table. It’s mostly just here and there boxes, small pictures, a short tv stand/entertainment center and a 60 inch tv. A bedframe that will have to be taken apart with a queen sized bed and box frame. And about 3-4 small dressers/cabinets and a curio cabinet that is an antique. Also an adult sized beanbag chair. Most of the clutter you see will be gone by moving and all the small stuff is just going in out vehicle. Just looking for the bulk and big items to be removed and moved. It’s a whole new start so we have got rid of a lot of things.  

The moving distance is 4.3 miles. There is no heavy couch, and two dining tables, a living room table, and a king-sized mattress are heavy. There are about 20 different types of pots that grow flowers, and there are plastic bags that contain compost. There are 10 large moving boxes, 40 medium moving boxes, and a little small moving boxes. The distance is so close that we have already laid out our clothes and kitchenware.  

This is a very straightforward move, about 6000 pounds that can all fit in a 16 foot pod if loaded carefully. There are about 19 dewalt toolboxes that contain household goods, some of which are very heavy. One queen bed and box spring, a washer and dryer. Quote should include replacement cost coverage up to $30k. Notice the pickup location is indoors and drivable up to the door. Destination has one set of stairs for a few items. Service required is also point to point, so the items can't be unloaded from your truck and then stored. Only direct will do. Trailers pulled by pickup trucks not accepted, only proper tractor trailers. Also, no packing services needed. It's been moved a few times over the years, and loading takes about 1.5 hrs and unloading will take about an hour.  

Shipment has to arrive between 8am- 5pm by this Friday OCT. 24th. Shipment is ready for Pick-up now through tomorrow evening (Oct. 22nd/23rd) 19 Boxes of packed used household goods that need to be received in Miami by 5pm Friday October 24th. Both pickup and drop off locations are ground level- no stairs. Boxes vary in weight approx. The 14 large boxes weigh 30 to 60lbs each, the computer monitors, and other smaller boxes are not very heavy maybe 5 to 20lbs each. There are no loose furniture items or appliances- everything is packed in these boxes. MUST HAVE an ENCLOSED TRAILER OR BOX TRUCK- as these boxes cannot get wet from weather. Total Volume is 2.74 Cubic meters (96.762 cubic feet) Boxes move easily with a dolly and I have one here at the pickup location- but will need assistance loading and stacking etc. There will be help to unload at the delivery point but will need assistance offloading.

Two vanities. The remainder is all boxes, I believe it would take approximately a 20' van to get everything. Everything is in the garage and will delivered to a garage.  

 

1. I plan to pack all boxes: kitchen ware, knick-knacks, artwork, books, clothing, etc. 2. Inventory list does not include two small-medium plant stands, so I could not check them off. 3. I can provide more photos if needed. 4. Route from Concord, CA, to Gurnee, IL, is almost entirely freeways. 5. Destination apartment complex has an elevator that will accommodate freight. 6. I have a few questions, nothing unusual.  

 

This is a move from one 10x15’ storage unit (depicted in photo) in Westminster, CO, to a storage unit in Reno, NV that will be the same or larger size — either 10x20 or 15x20. Both storage units are first floor units and both storage facilities have space for a large truck to park close to the nearest entrance to the unit for loading and unloading. See photo— storage unit contains the contents of our 1-bedroom home including items from our garage. Unit is stacked approx 5-6’ high.
