Moving several boxes and some furniture from my small home in Westchester, Illinois to a fully furnished house in Port Townsend, Washington. Not moving everything, selling a lot of furniture and giving away a lot. Moving in with my new husband in a large two-story home already furnished. Some things there will be moved out or rearranged. This is a merge of two homes. Majority of boxes contains fragiles, crystal, glass, breakables, clothes, small appliances and personals. Moving solid oak dining room table and china cabinet, small curio cabinet; grandfather clock; three tall oak book shelves; one 3-seat sofa with recliner in two of the seats; queen size adjustable bed; armoir and two dressers (one with mirror), nightstand; coffee table and two end tables, small office desk and roll-top desk; a small Ethan Allen buffet, and a four-legged, 4-foot marble top bar with two stools. One 5-pce patio furniture set with cushions, & a 3-pce wicker set; steel Purgola in garage, never assembled. That is the bulk of the furniture going. Boxes are not all packed yet, total number is estimated. Also shipping 8 storage bins equal two Med U-Haul boxes. MOVER MUST PROVIDE BLANKETS FOR FURNITURE.  

Dining Room table has (2) additional leafs, 16" wide by 42" long. Dimensions of table are 42" wide x 56" long not including the (2) leaves.  

 

 

 

I have packed in heavy duty canvas bags (29"L x 14"W x 13"H, max weight 65lbs) that are stackable. I have not finished packing but anticipate about 25 bags, plus 5-10 telescoping boxes for artwork (about 3'x3'x4"), and finally one large dog crate. If the company transports plants, I have 5 large plants. The pictures included are a sample of the bags I already have packed, plus an idea of the wall art.

Elderly senior citizen needs 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment moved from mahwah to little egg harbor. Apartment is second floor walk up.. there is also two small concrete stairs leading from apartment to parking lot. Delivery is ground floor. There are 4 closets.. FILLED with clothes and shoes. Would need to be but in garbage bags. Breakables would need to be wrapped. Three large hutches two with glass inserts (not pictured but sample shown). Some other miscellaneous items. On delivery would ask that the bed and dressers be set up in bedroom and couch and hutches be placed in spots against the wall. All other items can be unloaded into the living room or other rooms and do not have to be unpacked. Thanks
