2 Bedroom Apartment Moving Services

 

 

2 story townhome. two bedrooms, both queen size beds with bed frame must be moved. All items needs to be packaged security. Boxes will be prepacked on the first floor and/or garage. All other items need movers to assist in packaging and moving. 1 king size platform bed prepackaged new (4 box pieces). All disassembly, wrapping of furniture, and reassembling the furniture required.  

I need to have one painting, one dresser, and one heavy bed dropped off in Harrisonburg, VA, at my daughters' house (up one flight of stairs) and have the bed assembled there. The rest of the furniture needs to be delivered to Reston, VA, and some of it carried up a flight of stairs. I also need a dresser moved out of the room (and down one flight of stairs) to fit the two desks in the room. Also, I have more photos--photos of every piece of furniture, but site wouldn't let me upload everything. And 3 large rugs and three small rugs need to move.  

 

 

All items are packed in garage - not all items in garage will be moved, many will stay.Pickup needed before 9/18/22 and drop-off between 9/22/22 and 9/30/22.  

This is a move from a 2 story house to a 1 story house. One king bed is a platform. One is a craftmatic adjustable. The kitchen table is a dinette with 4 chairs. We also want to move the chest freezer which is in the basement. We also need to move the car - does not have to be at the same time  

 

My items are actually in a storage unit currently. 10x10. On second floor with freight elevator access, ramps, and carts. Household items. 2 beds, 1 dresser, boxes, bicycle  

I would need the truck to load up my stuff at my house, then go to my boyfriend's apartment and load up his stuff, then deliver to a 2-story house, putting labelled boxes in their correct rooms.  

Pick up will not require stairs or elevator, drop off will have a reserved elevator  

 

1x 2011 Jeep Wrangler Sport (2 door) 1x automotive scissor lift (100” x 40” x 8” 2000 lbs)  

 

 

 

In addition to what's in the photos, there's a CanAm Ryker that I'd like to fit. I can deal with it later but getting it all in one saves me the headache. Most things are too big to be boxed but some things will need to be tossed in boxes. Almost everything currently in the garage is low value, so I'm not worried about breakage as much as I'm worried about getting it out on time. The steel shelves in the pictures stay but all the loose bits come. Existing quotes were removed because I had to update the dates.  

My stuff is currently loaded in a POD and PODs won’t deliver to Grand Junction. It would be an easy unload/reload and deliver unload.  

All boxes will be on ground floor in Garage. Our closing date is August 29th thus far.  

Total space is 800 cu ft (actual) 2 units. The storage units are in the same location and are accessible to truck from one spot. 90% of items are already wrapped as they were shipped from Australia (professionally wrapped for international shipping) There may be a couple of boxes that will need the tops retaped. All furniture and items are fully wrapped and ready to move. The main contents include: 1 king mattress with bedrails 3 queen mattresses with bedrails 1 queen headboard and side table Speed Queen Washer\Dryer Combo (tower unit) Traeger Smoker not wrapped Webber BBQ Small Wine Cabinet Book Shelf small corner decorative cabinet 1 Bedroom Sitting Chair 1 kids ikea desk Sofa table Suitcases Mirror and Picture Frames 2 x LCD TVs (fully wrapped 65" & 55") Subwoofer and soundbar Computer tower Toolbox Small Bar Fridge Weedwacker (in box) Approx 60-70 medium sized boxes of various household goods. End of Delivery: Deliver to single floor residential house No unpacking or set up. I am in Florida and will not be available at pickup. The keys to the storage units are located with the front office. Check in at gate for code and keys.  

I also have some mops, brooms, rakes, shovels and 2 mop buckets. Plus 4 10 gallon plastic totes with lids and 5 large empty art frames. Like 4x5 foot large - no glass  

 

 

Pick up will be in 2 locations - less than 5 miles apart. Items for pick up are in garage at residence, one central location for loading and a 10x10 storage unit, not filled to roof. Delivery will be in 2 locations, residence and a storage unit - less than 5 miles apart.
