2 Bedroom Apartment Moving Services

 

 

Moving 2 miles away from a condo to a house on Wed, June 28th  

All items are in storage; all bins/boxes are taped; all other items are wrapped in blankets and taped; items just need to be removed from storage, loaded, shipped and unloaded. The 73 medium boxes include 43 standard size Rubbermaid bins. 6/14/2023 UPDATE: I NEED TO ADD ONE MORE COUCH, STUFFED CHAIR AND 2 TV SIZE BOXES. SORRY. THEY ARE LOCATED IN THE SAME STORAGE FACILITY AND ARE WRAPPED LIKE EVERYTHING ELSE. QUOTES RECEIVED PRIOR TO THIS DATE CAN BE UPDATED IF NECESSARY.  

Am trying to sell some items before move. Will likely be less than listed. Please include if any credit can be issued based on actual space in truck used at time of pick up.  

There is an elevator. Additional items: 1. Framed Art (32"w x42"H) 2. Floor mirror (24"W x 60"H). 3. Framed art (40" x 50"). 3. Three small laundry bags.  

Pick up will be from an apartment, and from a storage unit in Long Island city.  

 

 

If possible when delivered in New Hampshire some items need to be moved into a storage unit that will not fit into apartment. 25 Plastic totes 1 entryway table 1 water purification system 1 fire pit 1 standing patio propane heater 2 christmas trees(in boxes) 1 queen headboard 2 5x7 rugs 2 6x9 rugs 1 4x6 rug 1 hallway rug 2x16 1 floor jack

Most items will be picked up from garage and living room on the 1st floor. Only a couple items on the 2nd floor so this is mostly a 1st floor move. Most items will be dropped off in Houston on the first floor. Only a few items will be taken to the 2nd floor. I will be available to assist with moving the items.  

 

Likely about 15-20 Medium large boxes.  

 

 

 

 

The shipment is from a first floor storage unit to a house. Everything is already packed for shipping, except for a sectional that is shrink-wrapped but that needs moving blankets wrapped around it, and 4 metal chairs and 2 wicker chairs that need to be wrapped. The material that needs to be moved fills about 1/2 of a 10 by 10 storage unit. The storage facility is a Mr. Storage and has a limit on the length of trucks of 22 feet at the back entrance and no tracker trailers at the front entrance. The delivery location cannot be reached with a tractor trailer, so it has to be a delivery truck that can be backed down a long driveway off of the main road.

The musical intrument is a cello. We will disassemble the king size bed frame and kitchen table for moving before you arrive. We can load boxes into the moving van, but we will need movers for the furniture.
