Avoid! The only positive is that Hugh is a polite man. He arrived 1 hour late for collection and then 1.5 hours late for delivery. The furniture was not wrapped at all and had be thrown into the back of a partly-converted campervan. This is not a professional service. I paid the balance on delivery and was promised a receipt, it never arrived despite multiple emails and phone calls to Hugh. If this is the quality of services on u-ship again, I will never use it again.
