The car can be winched onto a trailer but the engine will not start  

The car can be driven, although the rear discs and pads are badly worn, a calliper is in poor condition and the electronic handbrake is stuck on slightly on the drivers side. The vehicle has been driven by my wife for a number of weeks with the problem, as we only felt it as a judder under braking... Car can be driven, but she would rather not take it the 35 miles back to the garage herself.

It starts and drives fine it's just the electric handbrake does not work.
