4 Bedroom House Moving Services

1 garden shed,1 wooden playhouse,1 swinging bench,1 jack and jill bench,1 tumble dryer  

 

 

 

Base house is in narrow lane with long drive, we shall need help to load, we are both OAPs. New home is down long lane but has excellent approach we shall need help to unload and fit into rooms, but all on one level.  

The two properties are only a mile apart  

It will be moving such things as sofas and beds. All boxes and small items are excluded  

 

 

Pottery studio with potters wheel and 110KG kiln. Will need lorry with rear lifting available. House only accessible for Luton Van size  

 

 

 

 

Move must be completed in ONE trip. I gave a range of dates in case there is a cheaper date for the move. We will have about 70 cubic metres or 2420 cubic feet of furniture and boxes to be moved from a 3 storey townhouse. We will pack most things, but will need some help with our 55in TV and some larger pictures.  

 

There are no restrictions to parking We are moving from WF2 in Wakefield to HA5 in Middlesex (North London) on 27th / 28th July 2012.  

My last house sale fell thro , I now need to move this thursday 25th AUGUST into rented house in Minehead , its an easy move as everything is packed in boxes of the same size ,no wardrobes , all beds etc will be in bits and downstairs , I have a flatbed 7.5ton truck so all garage and garden furniture,mowers etc will be loaded by me onto my truck , no cookers to move just a dishwasher ,fridge freezer and washing machine couches etc. When we get there all that needs to be done is unload all the stuff into a ground level strorage room , no lugging stuff up and downstairs just out of your truck into the ground level storage room , an easy move compared to most. Will need 2 men as I will be busy loading and unloading the flatbed etc. Needs to be a early start on Thursday.....mugs of tea and bacon butties will be ready

I am moving from a 4 bed House near Dundee, to a 2 Bed flat in Edinburgh. So some things are being left or need to be disposed of: Bed, Patioset, Barbeque. There are some books that need to be boxed, clothes, and some 3 bicycles + walking/skiing gear.  

Fish tank About 1m long, 80ch high and about 60cm deep  

to collect from 2 houses (contents above) in Exeter then deliver to Ide, two miles out of Exeter. luton van (no bigger) preferred for easier access, as my driveway is tight and for delivery at destination, the van will need to go through a narrow high street in small village of Ide. at least, 2 return journeys required, possibly 3. anticipated move dates are 30th or 31st May 2011. also, insurance for goods at £35000 required too. i will need to see evidence of this before accepting any bid, thanks.  

Furniture is currently in storage so loading will be relatively pain free. Delivery address is less than 2 miles away. Lounge furniture consists of a two seater, four seater (splits in two) and an armchair all leather and will need to be carried up too second floor as the house is a three storey house.
