2 Bedroom House Moving Services

 

 

It's just an up and down house - actually 4 bedrooms but not everything going as family splitting up. Mostly going to storage some going to new house. Not completely sure on numbers of boxes yet...  

 

 

 

1 X excercise bike, 1 x tool cabinet, 1 x excersise bench. also the 2 wadrobes are flat packed

Hi, I think we will be ok to pack all the bits ourselves so should only need you to pick it all up and deliver to new house. I'll try an list as much as I can below; 1 super king bed (headboard,base splits in 2 an is very light and mattress) 1 single bed,again very light 2 chest of drawers 1 dressing table Approx 40,19.5x13x14 small boxes 4 flat screen TVs 1 small tv stand 1 toy box 6 suitcases 1 tumble dryer 1 rotisserie 3 side tables 2 lawn mowers BBQ A few garden tools 1 kids quad bike 2 deck chairs We are not bringing the 2 seat sofa,foot stool,1 king size bed and 2 wardrobes but may just need these to be put in the front garden to be taken away by council. PLEASE NOTE: A Luton van will not cover this in a single trip. As part of the conveyancing process, ALL items need to be out of the house on the day of purchase PRIOR to our moving into our new house. Therefore, mutiple trips not possible. We are moving from a 3 bedroom flat but most of the items are coming from a storage facility in DD1 (which has lift access to ground level, trolleys, wide-halls, etc). The split is probably about 60% of items within our flat and 40% items in storage. Very rough guide. We were previously in bigger accomdoation. The move is to a 4 bedroom flat. 7.5 TONNE VAN AT LEAST REQUIRED. White glove service preferred.
