Specialty deliveries door to door. We are not responsible to load or unload your shipment and do not. Our insurance does do not cover your packing or your loading. We only grant a one hour loading and unloading window. Waiting time thereafter is $65 per hour. You MAY NOT use a fork lift to load or unload. If shipping pallets, only a pallet jack may used to load and unload. You may ship the pallet jack with the items under the last pallet; however it must be counted in the weight and square footage of the disclosed request for shipping bids listing. We may at our option unload only at outside the trailer only in the immediate area within four feet shipments that include a pallet jack for use. Our trailer is ground level, not dock height. This method of electronic shipping booking is considered mail order or internet ordering and is covered under the FTC mail order rule found at http://www.ftc.gov/bcp/edu/pubs/business/adv/bus02.shtm.
