As a Company, we focus on delivering the Item to the customer's door. Like UPS and any other company that delivers bulky items. There are times when there is only 1 driver so the customer's help is needed from time to time. Our pricing tries to remain fair and not over-taxing. We cannot deliver your item 1000 miles for $100 that is not fair no matter how you perceive it just won't be us unless it's 1 box weighing 10lbs.
