We as a freight brokers do marketing to attract new customers, pair customers with freight carriers, book orders and line carriers up for loading. We are responsible for assisting shippers and freight carriers. We mentions duties such as trucking shipment, looking for a new clients, answering to customer inquiries, delivering marketing material. Our primary role is to assist the shippers in finding a reliable freight carrier to transport their products or goods. We also has to oversee the movement of goods from their place of origin to their destination and insure that the hand of between the carrier and shipper goes smoothly. We are highly organized and efficient to excel in the role. Proficient is handling multiple clients while creating relationship for more than a decade in the industry.
