I am retired and make about 3-4 trips a year between Michigan and Florida. I have moved about 20 bikes and numerous other items with no problems and good reviews. I have a brand new 6'x10' aluminum trailer with 18" side boards and a good ramp. I have a good chock, use all soft ties and secure everything very well. I limit loads to what I can comfortably handle, take my time and do it right. i have added a windscreen to the front of the trailer (see pics) that protects the bike.
