We are very small & don’t drive for big profits; we drive because we love what we do! There are no big vehicles, no big business & we mainly do this because we like to travel & enjoy pets! Your pet is in the safest hands with us. We NEVER leave pets alone in our vehicles, we stop for "breaks" and feed/water often and do our best to make sure your pet is a comfortable as possible. Pets under 16 weeks of age are strictly “feet never touch the ground”, for their safety & health. PLEASE, when you book with us, our drivers do their best to be on time, but MUST factor in road conditions, weather, construction, rest and SAFETY and they are directed to NEVER DRIVE TIRED. Under FEDERAL LAW, all pet transport payments MUST be released at pickup. Questions about this may be directed to UShip support by calling them directly. If you do not pay at pickup, we cannot take out proper insurance & necessary documents so you’re taking a risk by holding payment after pickup.
