The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Customer cancelled the order because David was unable to provide us with a realistic timeframe for pick up and delivery. We all understand that things can disrupt even the best plans ie weather - traffic - etc. All we asked for was an honest and accurate timeframe to pass along to our buyer. Unfortunately this did not happen and our sale was lost.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider changed pick up dates at the last minute 4 times. Each time we asked for a days notice prior to pick up, or at the least 6 hours. At this point I do not feel comfortable shipping with this provider as I am afraid the same thing will happen on the delivery end. I just wish there had been better communication, as it does not look good for us to keep informing our customer that there has been additional delays.

The service provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Booked with the provider. Location zip codes were clearly stated in listing. Provider did not show on day agreed. Did not respond to any emails or texts. Got cancellation notice with provider saying we misrepresented locations. Total fabrication on their part. Waste of our time, and embarrassing for us and our communication with our customer. Extremely unprofessional. You need to vet these fly by night providers.
