Many delays due to personal, mechanical and weather issues. Needs to work on communication skills -- while he did respond quickly to inquires, he was largely not proactive in offering updates. Cargo was picked up several days late, and while it did arrive, it was nearly a week after the date he originally suggested. (Supposed to pick up on 1/2 and deliver 1/3 - did not arrive 'till 1/8).
