Great person on pickup. Was tough scheduling with only Friday and Saturday available at pickup location. Dropoff location has non standard hours and no one to sign for receipt. Mower was listed as nonrunning and 60” wide. When arrived, found it operational and more than 60” wide. Had to reschedule to route a trailer large enough. There was a communication issue with CSN. Three different reps called within an hour to reschedule. Last one was quite hostile.
