I have not been able to contact the customer after a reasonable period of time. We reached out to the customer to verify the details of the shipment after contacting Mower Super Store the customer was set up for the time slot of 1:00PM - 3:00PM. The customer directed us to contact him 15 prior to arrival so he could secure his dogs. We arrived in La Grange at 1:36 and attempted to contact the customer after a failed attempt and 15 minutes we reached out to Mower Super Store which tried to make contact with the customer to verify the address.
