I no longer need my item(s) shipped YRC was to pick-up our shipment on a Monday. I had sent the BOL to the warehouse where our product was to be picked up and they informed me it had already been shipped out by them. (without our knowledge) I called YRC immediatly to cancel the shipment but their shipper had already been there and there was no product to pick-up. i explained the situation to them and they where very friendly about it. They informed me there could be a cancellation fee, which i find fair in light of the situation.
