The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped There was continual communication with the customer as to the ETA. This included the delay due to tire issues and the driver waiting on AAA. The driver made it to the address for pickup at 11:30 pm on 8/15 where the customer then communicated that they did not want to wake the individual at the residence to complete the pickup and that the driver could pickup in the morning of 8/16. The driver slept in vehicle nearby where customer communicated in the morning that they were canceling instead.
