A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved When I was planning my itinerary last week I called the contact number that you provided and left a message regarding pick up timeframe. I advised Frank last week via voicemail that I was going to pick up “Tuesday late afternoon/early evening”. I never heard back from him and assumed my timeframe would suffice. It wasn’t until the day before pick up that I was advised of a 4pm pick up deadline.
