The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Service provider rescheduled several times and than cancelled the pick up a day before. Shipping was a time sensitive matter which was explained to the service provider. Not cool.

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I booked this shipping by mistake. This chair is already delivered to the buyer by another service provider at uship. The internet at home was so slow, I clicked on the wrong email when it finally loaded. It’s totally my fault. The basset inc responded to the phone call right away and was willing to help in every way. I am so sorry.
