I no longer need my item(s) shipped The communication was excellent! However, since our business was closed on a Sunday evening during their first run through Dallas, we couldn't organize pickup. Consequently, the next pickup slot was two weeks later, and unfortunately, two of our customers chose to cancel their orders because of the extended delivery timeframe.
