Customer canceled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Hello gbu everyone.unfortunally what this shipper is saying is not true.on our contract I estipulate in capital letters that pick ups and deliverys are first floor.in case is a building...in the entrance.when I arrived for the second time since customer was not available the first one...he yell at me saying that I had to pick it up from the second floor on his customer apartment and bring it down.if he would adviced prior booking I would hired local labor since it was 5 pieces of big furniture.

I am unable to reach this service provider after a reasonable time period Shipper was supposed to have picked up and delivered already. They need the things out of there and the shipper is not answering phone calls or text messages.
