The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment My item was supposed to be picked up 7 days ago but they had an issue with a prior shipment and they wouldn't make it on time so they asked if they could pick up the following week. After checking with my customer they were fine waiting another week. I had not heard anything all week so I texted the driver 2 days before the pick up and asked if we were still on for Friday. I waited all day with no response so I called them and surprisingly he answered and said yes he was still planning to pic

The service provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Driver sent an email the day before pick up asking if I could work them on a different pick up date so they could try and find a load going out there but if not they would will still pick up. I received a cancellation request a few hours later after I told them I could not work with them. They accepted this offer over a week ago and then bailed last minute and now I will have an unhappy customer that was expecting their items and will have to pay a fee to the factory for them pulling the items
