The original vehicle was not ready to travel however Devin and I worked together to pickup another vehicle that he needed. He gave me everything I needed to make the shipment complete shipments with customers like this. Thanks a million!

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time They flaked on the pickup!

The equipment did not pick up on time due to equipment breakdown. Our customer service department arranged to move the equipment off base so he would be compliant with his bid documents. So the truck could pick up the equipment as soon as the repairs were completed allowing us to deliver within a reasonable time.
