Wonderful experience. My kitten was picked up in SC and delivered to CT without any issue. I received great communication, photo, and was able to track the entire trip. Would definitely use this carrier again!

Luanne first put my mind at ease, over transportation of my kitten from South Carolina to Connecticut, after speaking to her on the phone. I really got a great vibe and she was so down to earth. She sent me photos of my baby on his journey and we texted often. I met Tom for the drop off and he was so professional and seemed to really enjoy uniting pets with their humans. I think he really liked my kitty :) The entire experience was so positive and I highly recommend Tails-A-Wagon!
