The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Item had broken glass and was not mentioned in the original posting. The customer could not provide written release of responsibility of damages item. I do not feel comfortable transporting items that are already damaged with no release form.

The service provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The glass top was broken. The shipper did contact the recipient by phone to confirm that she new it was already broken but he wanted confirmation in writing which she refused to give for some reason. He decided he wasn't comfortable taking it despite verbal reassurance from recipient so I'm going to go ahead and approve this cancellation as long as I get a full refund. I'm currently trying to rebook through uship. Thanks!
