A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Paul asked me today to pick up the cargo earlier than agreed. The contract was delivered on Tuesday. today Paul got a message from the seller that on Tuesday the collection will not be possible only on Monday. I regret to inform the customer that I cannot reach the pick-up location on Monday. I understand my client's request to cancel the transport order. I simply cannot meet the conditions of the collection time that the seller ordered. I'm sorry it didn't work out. Thank you

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it Load consist of more than informed as well as what can fit in the van space. Per customer we were to load as much as we possibly can and take photos. Once customer received photos that all will not fit he wanted to cancel 2 1/2 hour spent loading and unloading.
